Personally, I have dedicated half of my life to drumming. It’s my love and joy, my craft. Over the course of 11 years, I have submitted myself to high school concert band, marching band, jazz band, show choir, as well as my own rock band for several years, plus private lessons with five different instructors, being selected for IHSA state honor band, tens of different solos, and 6 years with a professional organization that tours the country every summer, marching and performing together as a world-class group of musicians all dedicated to the pursuit of perfection. Since I started high school, my only goal was to deliver a performance of a lifetime. For three months each year, while enduring hundreds of hours practiced, and hundreds of thousands of fans standing to applaud our production...
I found another family, with the Colts Drum and Bugle Corp.
In any case, there are many people who possess creative abilities related to drumming and whom are also inspired. However, it's not always so easy to focus one's potential in ways that enable us to evolve both as a musician, and as a human being. I was lucky, I was fortunate enough to have teachers that guided my talent. When I thought of this, I decided to develop this webpage to provide a similar support structure for everyone.
Therefore, I have created Every Drummer's Paradise as a platform to presenting content that helps drummers, of all ages and skill levels, focus their musical abilities in order to enhance their knowledge and understanding of drumming, music, and life.
As you can see, drumming is my passion; it has changed my life for the better...
...and THAT, is exactly why I am writing to you, today.
